How do I buy a template?

Choose the product, add it to your cart, and complete checkout. You’ll receive an instant download link via email once payment is confirmed.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept major debit/credit cards and other secure payment options shown at checkout.

Will I receive a physical product?

No — all Vyntara products are digital downloads delivered instantly to your email.

I didn’t receive my download link — what should I do?

Check your spam or promotions folder first. If it’s still missing, email us with your order number and we’ll resend it right away.

How do I start using my template?

  • Google Sheets: Click the link, then go to File → Make a copy to save your version.
  • Excel: Download the .xlsx file and open it in Microsoft Excel.

Can I customise the templates?

Absolutely. Most templates let you edit categories, labels, colours, and formulas to suit your needs. Setup instructions are included inside.

Can I use them on my phone or tablet?

Yes, but we recommend setting up the template on a desktop first. After that, you can easily edit and view it on mobile devices.

What’s the difference between Google Sheets and Excel versions?

Both include the same features. Sheets is ideal for real-time collaboration and online use, while Excel is best for offline work and advanced spreadsheet users.

🛠️ Support & Troubleshooting

The file won’t open correctly. What should I do?

Make sure you’re using Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel. If the problem persists, email us with a description or screenshots of the issue.

Some formulas or numbers don’t update.

In Excel, check Formulas → Calculation Options → Automatic. In Google Sheets, ensure you haven’t deleted any formula cells.

I lost my file. Can I download it again?

Yes. If you created an account, log in and download it from your orders page. If not, contact us with your order details and we’ll restore access.

Do you offer refunds?

Because our products are digital, refunds are generally not possible once a file has been downloaded. However, if there’s a technical issue or damaged file, we’ll ensure you receive a working version or an alternative solution.

Can I share the templates with others?

Your purchase is for personal use only. Sharing, reselling, or redistributing is not allowed. For team or multi-user licences, contact us for a tailored plan.

Will I receive updates if a template improves?
